Queen honors Jimmy Page for charity work

I have always been a big Led Zeppelin fan, and I am also a believer in reaching out and helping those who are less fortunate than I am, so needless to say, this story is worthy of a post. Whether it’s taking out the check book and making a donation to the charity of your choice, or packing the SUV with non-perishables and dropping them off at the local food bank (something I do from time to time because getting out there, "hands on" so to speak makes it all so much more real than simply writing a check, and you know that dollar for dollar, what you put in is going directly to the cause), or setting up a safe house for the kids on the streets of Brazilian shantytowns. It’s all good, and we should all be doing more of it!
